About CKHS PTSA
What we do
CKHS PTSA is a self-governing membership organization, with 501c3 non-profit status, representing the students, families and staff of Central Kitsap HS. We participate in the CK PTSA Council and are part of the National PTA and Washington State PTA, the largest youth advocacy organization in the state.
Our mission is to support and advocate for students, parents and staff, in an effort to create a positive and safe high school learning environment. We strive to keep parents informed and involved through our website, email communications, newsletter articles, bulletin boards, and education and training opportunities. We provide resources, such as WASL Breakfast, Reflections program, CK Cares, and CK PTSA Scholarship to enhance the learning environment. We offer support to staff and school programs throughout the year, from MAZE through Graduation, including staff appreciation and student recognitions activities. We are fortunate to have great community support along with their continued involvement.
